System operation principles 系统操作原则 #

• Check the order in MICLinker first (and print the Order Label) then action.
• 先检查任务是否在MICLinker（同时打印 Order Label），然后再操作。
• Operations must be traceable.
• 操作必须可回溯.
• Every time submit the order, review and verify every information of the order, correct the mistakes or differences as what you seen before submit.
• 每当提交订单时，请检查所有相关信息，改正与实际不符的再提交.
• As order has committed to Finish State (Shipped, Inbounded or Canceled etc.), it cannot be modified any more.
• 一旦订单状态为结束状态，例如已发货、已入库或取消等，就不能再编辑了。
